The Holbrook Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Project #133064 for the Holbrook Housing Authority in Holbrook, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BLW Engineers, Inc. The Project consists of: Bathroom Exhaust Fan & Kitchen Hood Replacement.
The work is estimated to cost: $462,194.78
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.
General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the category of HVAC. General Bids will be received until 12:00 P.M. and publicly opened, forthwith. Filed sub-bids for the trades listed below will be received until 12:00 P.M. and opened forthwith. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM SubBidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement.
