LEGAL NOTICE

On May 22, 2026, a Draft 5-Year Plan for the Holbrook Housing Authority, as required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), was made available for a forty-five (45) day public review and comment period. The Draft Plan is available for public review here on the Holbrook Housing Authority website and at the main office for our managed agencies located at 80 Clay Street, Quincy, MA 02170. Should you require a reasonable accommodation to access the Plan, please contact the Quincy Housing Authority office. A public hearing to consider comments will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at the Holbrook Housing Authority, One Holbrook Court, Community Room. This plan will also be presented to the Board of Commissioners on July 9, 2026. Written comments may be submitted by mail to the attention of James Marathas, Quincy Housing Authority, 80 Clay Street, Quincy, MA 02170.
