The Holbrook Housing Authority (HHA) is committed to provide quality housing for our residents. We service a diverse community acting as a catalyst for positive change. While creating and sustaining the best housing experience, individual lives are enhanced by HHA’s programs, services, support and recreational facilities. We provide a tailored approach to managing quality and safe affordable housing while working within the constraints of governing regulations. HHA is now managed by the high-performing Quincy Housing Authority.
